Put mixture to one side of pan, on other side cook 3 beaten eggs til scrambled; mix all together. Add 3c (day old) cooked rice, 3Tbsp soy sauce; cover, cook til heated thru, stirring a couple of times. Garnish with green onion.) --[GOOD!]
