The 18 karat yellow gold backed, platinum topped pendant is in the shape of a heart, formed by natural pearls intertwined with a narrow ribbon of platinum bead-set with small diamonds forming a bow at the top. Within the center hangs a prong-set larger diamond, and a pear-shaped briolette diamond is suspended from the bottom. The pendant is attached to a platinum chain composed of elongated filigree links alternating with small white round pearls
