The Sweet and Spicy Massaman Chicken Curry
Yakisoba, meaning “grilled/fried noodles”, is a classic Japanese street food that is very popular and insanely delicious! Although it’s called Yaki ‘Soba’, it is actually made from ramen noodles, not soba noodles. The noodles are grilled along with pork and vegetables then coated in a super tasty sauce that is similar to the tonkatsu or okonomiyaki sauce flavour! Plus it’s a quick and easy dish and can be adapted into many other delicious meals!
This Yakisoba Noodles Recipe is packed with pork, veggies and ramen noodles golden fried into deliciousness and drizzled in a sweet and salty sauce.

I’m very excited that my friend Claudia from My Adventures Across the World has contributed this guest post and pictures from her travels in Latin America.
