Greek Salad / 4 cups salad greens 2 TBS chopped mint 3 TBS crumbled feta cheese 2 TBS chopped olives 1/2 cup garbanzo beans 1 TBS extra virgin olive oil 1 TBS red wine vinegar sea salt and pepper to taste Directions:  Combine first five ingredients. Toss with olive oil and vinegar, and add salt and pepper to taste.
