Fiesta Chicken Casserole: 2 Cups Cooked Chicken Breast, 2 Cups Cooked Pasta Shells, 2 Cups Cheddar Jack Cheese, 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 Can Rotel, 1/2 Cup Milk. Cover top with cheese. 350-Degrees for 20 Minutes.

Cheesy Bacon Chicken Casserole, add broccoli or frozen peas, could add rotel. We used 1 cup of pepper jack and 1 cup cheddar….soooo delicious. I did add the green peas and next time will try adding some sun-dried tomato.
