I would never have thought to cut each Brussels sprout more than once. Hashed brussels sprouts made with thinly sliced brussels sprouts, tossed in lemon juice, sauteed in butter, and sprinkled with vermouth.

Turmeric Pumpkin Soup with Lime and Coconut! I highly customized this: 1 can pumpkin purée instead of fresh, 1 tsp ground turmeric, forgot the ginger (oops), 1 cup canned coconut milk instead of coconut cream. Still ended up super good :)
