Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Crisp on the outside and beautifully chewy on the inside, these coconut chocolate chip cookies are amazing
PROTEIN PIZOOKIE •2 cups Kodiak protein mix •1/2 tsp baking soda •1/4 tsp salt •1 cup mini dark chocolate chips •1 egg •2 tbsp pumpkin purée •1/3 raw honey, melted •1/4 cup coconut oil, melted •1/2 tsp vanilla extract Direction: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl & separately mix wet in a bowl. I like to warm/melt the coconut oil and honey together. Then mix the wet into dry and stir in chocolate chips. Press dough out into a cast iron skillet and bake
