Delicious! went back for seconds.  didnt change anything, and had it with coconut jasmine rice!  Vegetarian pumpkin curry, try with quinoa or jasmine rice!

we cannot get enough of this kale caesar!! seriously we've been eating it at least once a week. I make homemade croutons, we add chicken and use my greek yogurt caesar dressing (4 garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon anchovies paste, salt, pepper, 1/2 lemon, juiced and 1/2 cup olive oil -> blend!). try it!!
