Genuine 1920 Goyard Steamer Trunk from Hildegarde Collection France 1920 This Vintage Goyard trunk with distinctive chevron canvas was produced in the early 1900's, estimated to be circa 1920. The canvas is woven cotten, linen, and hemp and is painstakingly hand painted in the chevron pattern. In 1856, La Maison Goyard began making trunks, cases, luggage, and handbags in Paris for high society.
