Baileys Frosting:  - 4-5 cups confections sugar - 2 ½ stick unsalted butter, at room temperature - 6-7 tablespoons Baileys  Cream the butter until fluffy, turn speed to slow and add icing sugar spoon by spoon. If you add too much it will raise dust. Then add the Baileys, you might want to add a bit more to get the right flavour.
