Kit Kat Bar (3 pieces/210 calories):  Run for 20 minutes or walk at a moderate pace for one hour.  Reese's Peanut Butter Cup (1 cup/105 calories): Cycling workout for 25 minutes or swim laps for 15 minutes.  Almond Joy (1 bar/80 calories):  15 minutes of intense aerobics class or 30 minutes of yoga.  The workouts might not seem exhaustive, but keep in mind the exercise cost is for EACH serving of the candy that you consume.
