Butter Flaky Pie Crust TRIED IT = MADE 2 FOR A TOP AND BOTTOM OF APPLE PIE.  TURNED OUT GOOD, AND I'M NOT REALLY GOOD WITH CRUST.  IF I COULD WORK A LITTLE FASTER, IT WOULD BE GREAT BUT THIS WAS A GOOD/EASY RECIPE.  USED IT IN THE APPLE PIE RECIPE ALSO PINNED ON THIS BOARD AND "DESSERTS" BOARD.

Sugar Cookie Pie Crust  1/4 cup butter.1/4 cup sugar.1 egg yolk.1 cup flour.1/4 tsp salt. Combine sugar, butter, egg yolk in large bowl.Gradually mix in the flour until you get a crumbly consistensy.Add to pie pan and gently press against bottom and sides, distributing evenly.Bake at 400* for 10 mins, until light golden brown.
