Kurukulla, "She who is the cause of knowledge." Also known as Red Tara. She wields a bow and arrows made of flowers, as she is known as a goddess who can both create and destroy desires in others. She can be a love goddess, but more often a wrathful deity who teaches nonduality and egolessness.
