Fiesta Ranch Crockpot Chicken: 4 chicken breast used 1lb. but could use less maybe 3/4 lb, 1 packet Fiesta Ranch mix (by the salad dressing), 1 can black beans, 1 can Rotel, 1 can corn not drained, 1 block cream cheese. On high in the slow cooker for 4 hours or 6 on low. Serve with rice or with tortillas! (also added one can green chili and some spinach)

THE best cold spinach dip -- ever!!  Sour cream, Philadelphia cream cheese, fresh spinach, Knorr dry soup mix, and one packet of Ranch mix (that's optional).  Mix cream cheese spread, sour cream, and dressing mix in medium bowl until blended.  Drain/squeeze the water out of the spinach, then stir in the spinach and the remaining ingredients and refrigerate until chilled.
