Close Enough But Not Too Far, Echoes Collection, 24 x 40 mixed media: archival inks on canvas, acrylic paint, brushed steel :::  My newest collection, Echoes, began with designs featuring overpasses. I've always loved these soaring structures and their promises to transport a traveler to far-off destinations and then bring them home again.  The title for this piece was inspired by “Burning Down the House” by the Talking Heads.
