6 eggs 2 1/2 heavy whipping cream 2 cups whole milk 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brandy 1/2 cup dark rum 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp vanilla Beat eggs until frothy (I use my KitchenAid and let it beat for about 20-30 minutes). Slowly pour in sugar and continue beating. Add nutmeg and vanilla. SLOWLY add in heavy whipping cream then SLOWLY add in milk. Finally add in rum and brandy. Refrigerate for an hour or two for best tasting results.
