2015 Halloween costume... the dress and jacket were bought as the thrift store $7 dress and $3 jacket.... the dress went through hell to look like it does... I even went as far as spinning it under the tires of my truck on gravel BUT after that found that a serrated bread knife made it perfect!!
Have boys?? :) If so, then you absolutely MUST get those boys some Legos! Legos are Jaxon's ALL TIME favorite! He'll spend hours, yes HOURS building with Legos every single day. He's got dozens of kits but, will create his own things as well. We think it's done wonders to help teach him to focus on an activity, to help with his gross motor skills, encourage him to design and be creative when it comes to building his own creations. Can you tell we're big fans?! ;)

After about 4 months of trial and error, I finally finished my haunted bookshelf for my Haunted Castle.I started out by getting several books at the thrift store and cutting all the pages out, except for the top inch or so, so that viewing it from the top, it still looks like the books were intact. I then put foam inside and attached an eye hook into the foam for the wire that would be attached to the motor in the back.I started off trying to use a rotisserie motor, but the sound was
T-shirt Scarf Necklace - I found a few different colors of t-shirts at the Dollar Store and made these. Sometimes I mix and match different colors depending on what I'm wearing. Really easy to make! Also, I keep the un-used top of the t-shirt to cover hanging clothes I don't wear often to keep dust off the clothes.
