Starting this morning with a high protein breakfast, pancakes with a twist of raspberries.   In a blender mix : 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2  banana 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract   In a skillet over medium heat, spray non-stick cooking spray , grab a 1/4 cup of mixture onto skillet , add some raspberries on top.  Sautéed some aside for a few seconds !  (wow tastes so good)  Flip pancakes until golden brown and breakfast's ready!

Bombing breakfast: overnight oats made with 40g oats, 200ml almond milk, chopped dates, 1tbsp chia seeds, vanilla and 1/2 mashed banana put in the fridge overnight, filled up with the rest of the banana, straw- and blueberries, almonds, a giant fig and vanilla almond butter.

Once the white is no longer transparent, pour 1 tbsp of water around the egg and cover skillet with lid for about 1 min.   Remove from heat and serve with spinach,  cherry tomatoes, grilled turkey ham and 12 grain ezekiel slice of bread .

Wheather you serve it as a snack, dessert or even breakfast .. it definitely fullfills our weakness for sweets 😬  Split a banana in half and add a scoop of Greek yogurt on top. Sprinkle dried organic Coconut flakes, Hazelnuts, Blueberries, Raspberries and organic Dark Chocolate Chips . Enjoy 😉
