A second bread option. 11 grams starch per sandwich, less than 1 gr sugar. Has ingredients that might be problematic, at least on a starter diet. Low content of starch and sugar could work though. We have used well, yet dd seems to prefer Sara Lee??
Wilton brand dextrose based Sprinkles. Ingredients list dextrose, corn starch and dextrin BUT also states Total Carbs 3 gr per 1 Tsp and Total Sugars as 3 gr. Dextrose is the sugar source which is safe for CSID. So, really no starch (trace).
Sundried tomato spread with Parmesan.. I really like this item and use it on different food items, crackers, with veggies. I have put it on chicken breast. This was purchased at Aldi's, it is an Aldi's store brand.
unfrosted strawberry poptarts- i know it seems crazy, but my daughter can tolerate these with Sucraid. The sweeteners are corn syrup, HFCS & dextrose. Of course there are also dried strawberries & pears. She can also tolerate the unfrosted blueberry ones.
