Coconut Milk Smoothie.   8 oz. organic coconut milk, (I like the Native Forest brand, the container is BPA free) 1 tablespoon organic extra virgin coconut oil (I like the Nutiva brand) 2 eggs, organic, free range, and yes, raw! 1/4 cup organic frozen raspberries or other frozen berry 1 frozen organic banana Optional: 1 tsp- 1 tbsp organic raw honey ( I leave this out but you might prefer it!)

AMAZING Vi-Shake recipe by me of course (Jenevra) So simple but not too many people know so here it is. 1 cup frozen mango, 1 cup cold water, 2 scoops body by vi shake mix. Blend well. 144 calories total and taste AMAZING! You cant even tell theres no milk, soy milk or what ever you use. Contact me if you need any other ideas :) So far I have created over 60 new recipes! All under 160 cal. food-is-love
