Grilled-Apple Pintxos with Ham and Cheese: Pintxos are the Basque equivalent of tapas—small appetizers meant to be enjoyed with a pre-dinner drink—and often come neatly packaged on toothpicks or little skewers.
These disappear in seconds. Serve with Sriracha-mayonnaise or other favorite dipping sauce. Bet these could be made with Chebe Mix instead of a gluten filled biscuit mix. And I'd use Cheese curds in the center perhaps.
