Creamy Chicken Broccoli Pie Pockets~T~ This is quick and easy. Uses ready made pie crust and a filling of cream cheese, shredded chicken, broccoli, corn and some spices. I have used asparagus with these and love them.
Paula Deen has a trick I love for soaking up the fat. Use a shallow pan and line it with slices of bread. Shape your loaf and place on top of bread. The bread soaks up the grease and you just throw it away when the meatloaf is done. The pan is easier to clean, too.
