Healthy green smoothie combos made for the week! Save yourself time and make enough for the week. Just store them in the freezer and throw them in the blender with a little water ( about 1-1/2 to 2 cups) in the mornings. I use a mix of kale, spinach, avocado, blueberries, bananas and flax seed. Sometimes I mix it up and use strawberries, peaches, oranges or what I have on hand.
