War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy - one of the best books ever written, and one I wish I would forget in order to read again...

Wuthering Heights - I haven't read this since High School...I do believe it's high time to read it again, with an adult perspective. Beautiful cover here, by the way.

“The Goldfinch” by Donna Tarrt – “So I am reading The Goldfinch and likely will be reading it all summer since it’s almost 800 pages and I am a slowwwwww reader. It amazing, today’s Great Expectations.”

The Hiding Place author, Corrie Ten Boom, wrote, “It is not my ability, but my response to God’s ability, that counts.” What does that mean for you today?

This was my first Hemingway book. To be honest, I picked it up because it was the name of a Metallica song, and I was like "Hmm, that's very strange, I wonder why they named it after a book." Well this became a "gateway drug" into the works of Hemingway. No matter what people hate about him for some reason, he was also my gateway drug back into reading in general. I enjoy him, and should really finish the rest of his books. I don't have many to go.
