  • 2 cut into 3 inch cubes 1 lb pork shoulder

  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Habanero pepper
  • 1 Lime, halves
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 handful Parsley, fresh
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 handful Thyme, fresh
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Marinade once griot is done
Baking & spices
  • 2 tsp Black pepper, freshly cracked
  • 3 tsp Sea salt
Other
  • 2 Full-sized oranges, juiced (should make for about ½ cup)
