8 1/2" dia. Redware Plate with Yellow Slip cursive "C B" decoration. Probably Norwalk, CT, 19th c., very good condition with no apparent rim chips or cracks but with some flakes to interior slip decoration. Offered 6/7/17 on eBay for $400. Subsequently offered for $425.
Early redware plate measures 9'' dia. Probably made in Norwalk Connecticut. Two tight lines and some minor chips. Shows good hearth use. Some crazing. Very nice yellow slip decoration with only minor loses. Offered 4/28/14 on ebay.
