zucchinibread1 This is the 2nd time I have used this recipe-love the flavor, used 1/2 the oil this time-other half was cinnamon applesauce. Made it gluten free this time, used new mix recipe I got from Pinterest. Made as cupcakes/muffins-did half this way last time-did all of them tonight-filled to the tops-also for my taste I added raisins. Baked at 350 convection for 31min, rotated pan 1/2 way. 2nd batch-not as full-25 min.
