@musHo Mamuh Shyla Brussett Engel. I totally think you could corporate these also. Upcycled paper flower brooch, button or pin. It looks like the pages have been briefly toasted to get the vignette effect. I looks fabulous, a few different paper cutting stampers could give some interesting effects. And maybe a bit of matt varnish or resin to make it last forever.

Wow! I'm surprised how nice this came out, for being such a simple project. I put a couple layers of varnish on when I was done to keep the paper from curling. (It gets pretty humid here.) One bit of advice... you definitely want to keep the background as a solid color. I did one solid, and one with mottled colors. The mottled one looks way too busy, and the petals don't have that same "pop" as they do against the solid background.
Photo: I tried this project last spring and decided to give it another try. I started with balls of clay with a little handle sticking out of one side. Bake as directed. Then coat them with glue and sprinkle with microbeads (look for them in the scrapbook aisle). Let dry. Repeat several times until they are nicely coated. Varnish, several times. Cut a fan shape from a piece of paper or card stock and roll into a cone. Glue the ball inside the cone. I think pastel colors would work bet...
