Emeril's Mulligitawany Soup ~ This is a fantastic recipe. Lots of chopping but the end result is a superb soup. Don't change a thing, the recipe is perfect. Suggestion: I chop everything, zip lock bag it and refrigerate it before I start the soup. Otherwise this recipe can seem daunting. Served over basamti rice... this soup is just divine.
Mexican Rice-I just made this to go with fajitas. It's petty tasty. I did not puree the onions, i just added them when i added them with the garlic. ALSO i did not have any tomato paste so i used about a 1/3c of tomato sauce. (carol)
