The Hakuna Matata symbol reminds me not only of my childhood but of my future and how sometimes we manage to worry about unnecessary things, that have no meaning in life. We tend to let time pass us by, as if we can manage to get it back one day. So "no worries for the rest of your days". It's a very special sign for me :)
“Aon Imni” means “No Worries” in Gaelic. I am 100% Irish and I am very proud of my heritage. I’m a very positive person and no worries has always been my response to things. This tattoos was done by Mike Siderio at Rebel Image in Rio Grande, New Jersey.
the lion king has always been one of my favourite movies but also one of the saddest for me because of my grandpa passing during the moment mufasa passed when i was watching it one day. but i love hakuna matata and i thought this was cute.
I want this as my next tattoo :3 Hakuna matata is a Swahili phrase that can be translated literally as "no worries." Its meaning is similar to the English phrase "no problem" or Australian English phrase "no worries" and is akin to "don't worry, be happy".In the mid-1980s, the saying appeared in the Swedish comic book Bamse by Rune Andréasson. Bamse the bear's baby daughter Brumma's first words are "Hakuna matata," which no one understands except the tortoise Skalman.
