The 21st Century Museum of Art of Kanazawa, Japan: Swimming Pool, Leandro Erlich

Leandro Erlich “Swimming Pool” - When seen from the deck, the pool appears to be filled with deep, shimmering water. In fact, however, a layer of water only some 10 centimeters deep is suspended over.

Nat “The Bush Doctor” opened his first shop in 1969 when he was 23 years old. It was called Nat’s Hair Care Clinic. When Afros first came out, people were just wearing them natural and it put a lot of people out of work. Nat's idea was focused on how to treat the hair, not just cut it. Trees, wrapped in white and perfectly aligned with the horizon… hence the title of this beautiful work by Zander Olsen, Tree Line. We used to limewash apple trees.now its art.

Yes, I really like portraits, but portraits without faces… LOVE! The crisp, clean jackets, married perfectly with the distorted pulled paint… sigh… so beautiful! These very well dressed, mysterious men are the work of French artist Carole Brémaud - and even though I don’t know what any of these fellas actually look like, I am in fact, completely smitten.
