Kielbasa and Cabbage Skillet.  To lighten it up, I used turkey kielbasa, no oil and no sugar.  I used some water to cook the cabbage and onion rather than the oil.  I also cut the sausage into smaller pieces so it would go farther (mind trick). It was delicious!  It's on the menu again for next week.
