Tequila-Lime Shredded Beef....this was soooo good!! I am not a crock pot gal, so I just put it in a dutch oven at about 275-300 for about 4 hours. Served this to some of our EP native friends who grew up on their mom's authentic Mexican and they gave me two thumbs up!! :) Went really well with fresh tortilla from one of our local Mexican markets...having the leftovers again tonight they were so tasty :)
