Oven-Baked BBQ Chicken | The Hungry Mouse - made this tonight. Very easy and very tasty. I browned the skin in a pan. Then I basted bbq sauce and baked for 20 minutes, and repeated, instead of 15 or the first one and 25 for the second one because I'm too lazy to reset the timer. Turned out fine. 9/24/13 - oh, I also used the drippings and fat from the frying pan to make butternut squash soup, because I'm resourceful like that.
