4 Boneless Pork Chops; 3 cloves minced Garlic; 1-2 sprigs minced Fresh Rosemary; 3/4 cup Apple Cider; 1/3 cup Heavy Cream; 2 Tbsp Butter; 1 Tbs Wholegrain Dejon Mustard; Salt/Pepper. Melt butter, add garlic & rosemary & cook 1-2 mins. Season chops w/S&P, then sear ‘til brown. Remove chops. Pour Apple Cider into pan to deglaze, 1-2 mins, then stir in mustard & cream. Reduce heat for 5 mins, ‘til slightly thickened. Return chops to sauce & be sure both sides are covered.
