Today I did NOT want to get out of bed!!!  Then my baby started doing triple kick combos and I guess that was her little nudge to get up and do my workout. LOL.  I did the Cize workout again - I think I'm learning more of the dance, but still have a ways to go ;)  Shakeology for breakfast and I feel Great! ;)

This morning after meditation I practiced my form for martial arts, then did part of the Cize sneak peek video - I'm so excited for this workout to come out later this month! Shakeology for breakfast, and I'm off to work :)

I need to be to work by 7 am this morning, so I did Bum Bum Rapido from Brazil Butt Lift on Beachbody On Demand  :)  I'm grateful that Shakeology is such a quick healthy breakfast!! :)

Now I'm off to get ready for work while drinking my Recover drink, then Shakeology later in the morning - I hope today will be less hectic! I'm grateful that these drinks are so quick to make!!  :)

Sweaty after pic!  Today was Chisel Cardio - I only got about half of it done, but that alone caused me to Sweat!!  I always say that part is better than none  ;)  I've gotta run to work now! :)

Using my assistance bands to do pull-ups! I'm so glad that Beachbody has these modifiers because I sure as heck can't do a pull up! ;) Today's workout was Max Hammer Strength from Hammer and Chisel, then I'm having my Recover drink, the Shakeology for Breakfast :) My goal today is to keep track of all my food on My Fitness Pal - it really helps me stick to my plan and not do as many 'cheats' :)

(Miracle Morning is a book that tells what  successful people do each morning to get  themselves set up for a great day) :)  I did the Chisel Total Body workout,  and had my Recover Drink and now I'm  having Shakeology for breakfast :) #strongereveryday #vitalbehaviors

#flexfriday!  Thank goodness for 30 minute workouts! What time do you get up to exercise? I had set my alarm for 5 a.m., then I changed it to 6 a.m. . Then I turned off my alarm and didn't get out of bed until 6:40 a.m.  Luckily the 21 Day Fix workouts are only 30 minutes! After the workout I had my recovery drink, and will have Shakeology for my second breakfast!  ;)

I'm excited today because I lost another 2 pounds and got to a milestone of losing 35 pounds since my pregnancy weight! I like to celebrate every small achievement! Today I did the total body workout from Hammer and Chisel as well as the abs workout. It was super hard to do the abs and I had to take breaks! Then I had to Recover drink, and now I'm having Shakeology for my late breakfast. ;)
