Ingredients: 1 pound small potatoes; 2 finely chopped green onions, 2 tsp salt & pepper, 2  tablespoons peanuts oil. Directions: Wash potatoes & remove tough or black dots. Place in pot and add water to just cover potatoes. Boil for around 15 mins until potatoes are cooked. Gently smash potatoes. Heat peanut oil & add potatoes. Sautee until slightly golden brown. Sprinkle with onion, salt & pepper  Notes  You can also add some cumin or black pepper powder to make another flavor.
