Turkey Sausage 1 lb 85% lean ground turkey 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp sage 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1/8 tea cayenne pepper (optional)  Mix together dry ingredients. Then mix in applesauce. Mix applesauce/spice mix into ground turkey. Cook. Store leftover in fridge for up to a week or freeze.
