Lo Carb / No Carb Tomato Basil Soup -  2 servings  approx 2 C each  2 C homemade chicken broth 2 C tomatoes 3 oz organic tomato paste 1 T basil 2 cloves minced garlic 1 t garlic powder 1/4 t oregano pinch marjoram salt & pepper to taste Puree altogether. Heat until it starts to boil, then reduce and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Whole30 BBQ Sauce  INGREDIENTS  1 cup orange juice  2 tbps apple cider vinegar  10 tbsp tomato paste  4 tbsp shallots  4 cloves garlic  1/2 tsp mustard powder  1/2 tsp paprika  1/2 tsp salk  1/4 tsp pepper  1 Tbsp coconut oil  DIRECTIONS  Finely mince 1/4 cup shallots and garlic cloves. Saute in coconut oil until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
