Grilled Chicken with Roasted Tomato and Oregano Salsa AB: AMAZING!  The fresh herbs make it very flavorful.  Did not grill the chicken.  After marinating for 30 min tossed into glass baking dish and covered with tinfoil and baked on 400.  Served with rice and asparagus.

An interesting FYI.  The reason non-organic celery is so dirty? large-scale, conventional farms use it in their crop rotation to absorb all the left-over fertilizer and pesticide residue out of the soil. You know that old science fair experiment with coloured water & celery? its like that...except with yucky chemicals... and then people eat unknowingly. Thanks, Boreal Edge Farm for the info!
