I, for one, had internalized so many messages from parents, teachers, TV, and movies about the importance of friendship that I was prone to overthinking it. I had some good friends, but I was still struggling to form those few magical bonds that were supposed to last a lifetime.
Someone needs to watch this movie and realize not everything is about them. Instead of caring for your child you care more about what everyone thinks. What kind of a person punishes their child for being gay? It's not a choice! I hope you turn your way of thinking around for their sake. If not I'm sure everyone will see just how delusional you really are!
