Tomato Ketchup Ingredients: Tomatoes 2 kg Chili Powder 1 tsp heaped Sugar 250 grams Vinegar ½ cup Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Red Color ½ tsp Method: 1. Chop 2 kg tomatoes in big cubes, boil without water for 30 mins then blend and strain puree with a fine sieve. 2. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook till ketchup consistency reached. 3. Cool, fill in sterilized bottle.
