Coconut Curry Shrimp. So much flavor, so much bliss. Use honey as the recipe suggests, not brown sugar, as suggested in the recipe description. Serve over Cauliflower Rice or Spaghetti Squash. I love basil too, and it adds a lovely Asian flair. Glorious!
