And don't let the spicy scare you (or your kids), it's very simple to dial it up or down by adjusting the red pepper flakes and you won't lose any flavor.
Made this tonight! YUM! My Coho Salmon was on a bed of asparagus, used our own seasonings minus the pepper flakes and parsley, cooked at 375 for 25 mins and broiled for 3 mins, we had a .86 lb and cut it into two pieces, defiantly worth cooking!
