Another great salad for lunch!  Delicious, filling and definitely cheaper than the $11- 15 salads I buy in NYC for lunch.   Pack in a container romaine, avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella, radishes, peppers, pomegranate seeds, steak and a clementine.   The clementine was a nice addition and something different than the usual suspects.   Pack in a small container EVOO, vinegar, salt and pepper to dress it with.   Enjoy and happy salad eating!

I called this creation "snowstorm" salad in honor of today's blizzard.  We're at about 11" and it's still coming down!   It was a great lunch... lite and filling. Packed with nutrients and vitamins with all the colorful veggies and dark greens, and topped off with lean grilled chicken for protein.   Mix spinach, remaine, mini colored peppers, mini cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, radishes and grilled chicken.   Dress it with EVOO, salt and pepper.   Enjoy and happy salad...
