2013 Boston, MA    Unbuilt    Located within an Allston neighborhood inundated with surface parking lots and paved streetscapes, SMS proposed a 44 unit mixed-use development that eliminated car parking in favor of 18,000 s.f. of public and private green space, an area that roughly equals the footprint of the site.
