1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, pitted and chopped 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted (about 3-4 large fruits) 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups ice Sweetener, to taste Blend together all the ingredients, except the ice, until smooth. Peach Smoothies-•2 cups milk •2 cups frozen unsweetened sliced peaches •1/4 cup orange juice concentrate •2 tablespoons sugar •5 ice cubes Directions •In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings
How to: Place ¾ cup frozen blueberries, 1 tablespoon almond butter, and ½ cup unsweetened almond milk into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serves 1. Extras: Add 2 tablespoons unsweetened, shredded coconut, a peeled frozen banana, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons rolled oats, ½-inch piece peeled, fresh ginger, or 2 tablespoons flax meal.
