Victorian Period Chest of Drawers (£300 to £400) - This is the archetype nineteenth century veneered mahogany bowfront chest of drawers which were made in their thousands and graced the homes of the Victorian middle-classes. They were produced quite cheaply and to cut down on the materials cost they were made of mahogany veneered onto a deal or pine wood carcass.

Stoneware Vase (20 to 40) - A Royal Doulton blue and brown glazed stoneware vase of baluster form described as in excellent condition however it is difficult to tell from the photograph but it would appear to have glazing imperfections, causing an unusual finish. Comprising large round bowl moulded in relief with scrolling body motifs and a plum shaped lightly fluted jug with large lip to rim and scrolling loop handle. Bowl dimensions approximately 15ins (D) x 4ins (H). Jug approximately 10ins (H). No base identification marks. Suggested origin, Staffordshire, Circa 1830-50.
