Rosemary Roasted Turkey ~ For 12 lb turkey: Combine 3/4 cup olive oil, 3 Tbsp minced garlic, 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, 1 Tbsp each chopped fresh basil & Italian seasoning, 1 tsp black pepper, salt to taste. Loosen skin & spread generous amount of mixture under skin of breast, thigh & leg. Rub remainder of rosemary mixture over outside. Roast at 325° for 3-4 hrs.
