Special Dark Cocoa-Coffee Protein Cake: 1 medium ripe banana, 1/4 c almond flour, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein, 1 tbs special dark cacao powder, 1 tsp instant coffee, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 3 tbs liquid egg whites (or 1 large egg white), 1 tsp vanilla. Blend banana with the vanilla and egg whites. Then stir in other ingredients. Bake in a small dish (about 1-2 cup size ramekin) at 350 for about 25 min.
Frozen Oreo Cookie Sandwich! Easy and packed with protein! Recipe: To make cookie, add 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder, 2 Tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt, and 1 Tbsp almond milk (if needed). Stir together until blended and dough-like. Split in two. For cream filling, add 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt mixed with a bit of Stevia or sweetener of choice. Make sandwich and pop on the freezer!
